Chandrashekar is Founder of this Hyderabad techies website. He was a Former Microsoft Most Valuable Professional awardee in Visual Web Developer Asp.Net. He is a Winner for Microsoft VOC Award for submitting bugs as well as feature suggestions concerning Visual Studio 2010 Beta 1 and all of them acknowledged by Microsoft VS product team and Weston Hutchins, Program Manager - VS Platform. He has been working on .Net Technologies for the last 4 years for a Level5 company in Hyderabad as Senior Software Engineer. Chandu won many Appreciations from Microsoft for being the most prolific feedback contributor. He develops and hosts websites in Microsoft Technologies as a hobby in his free time. He is awarded as the Most Valuable Member and Best Forum Supporter by spider works and his articles in many technical sites are very impressive for beginners. chinni1205 : When to use: Response.Redirect is perfect when your page is temporarily changed and will be changed to original within a short span of time. Response.RedirectParmanent() when you are thinking of deleting the Page1 totally after the search engines changes its cache. Server.Transfer() when you are thinking of keeping the page for ever, and to let search engine unaware of this redirection.
