    Is AJAX recommended for banking applications.

    Here the interviewer intension is partial page submission

    is safe in banking transactions.

    This is asked long time back, i am not sure about the answer.

    any body knows please suggest, if possible with explanation.

    Ya, Ajax can be used for banking application. But when we use that, make sure you are two way secured (both client and server lever.That is also called double layered security..). I can explain you further things if you need info.. (like what are the things to be taken care before starting banking applicaiton irrespective of Ajax..)
